Did you know? When a person eats local honey, they are thought to be ingesting local pollen. Over time, a person may become less sensitive to this pollen and as a result, they may experience fewer seasonal allergy symptoms.
Their honey is produced locally by their hives located in farms throughout Eastern Connecticut. It is unfiltered and non-pasteurized to preserve its natural enzymes. Full Bloom honey is dark in color due to its floral source. Dark honey is also known to be high in anti-oxidants, vitamins, and minerals.
